Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all enjoying this festive season.

Above, you’ll find an illustration of the ethmoid bone—one of the most intricate structures in the skull. Its geometry is as fascinating as it is complex. Alongside this visual, I want to share some anatomical insights into its key features and their functional importance.

As 2024 draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on how much this year has taught me, both professionally and personally. I believe this feeling resonates with many of us.

From an initial high of industry success to experiencing a mental unraveling halfway through, it’s been a year of challenges and growth. Picking up the pieces hasn’t been easy, and I’m unsure if I’ll ever be quite the same—but that’s okay. Growth often leaves us transformed.

With that in mind, I’m setting the following resolutions for the new year:
• Use all available resources to make work more manageable.
• Never hesitate to ask for help.
• Remember: Your worth isn’t determined by your manager’s approval.

Here’s to a brighter, healthier, and more balanced 2025 for us all.
