‘I felt like I was carrying a sword through my heart. I prayed at an ashram, I went to the doctors, I meditated, I worked two jobs, I ran everyday, I tried to sleep it away, I tried to talk it away, I couldn’t understand it. I felt like a girl waiting for someone to be my knight and pull the sword out of me or push it through. I figured the only one who can pull this sword out, is me.

Everyone has an Excalibur within them.

It’s our duty to find the sword within and use it to free ourselves and find the light again
