We're delighted to announce that Esther Calatayud has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Esther brings more than 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Since joining VSI in 2018, she has held several senior leadership positions across the business, including leading our Global Client Operations, Global Technical Services and Media Services teams. More recently, she has played a pivotal role in the rollout of centralised technology and workflow solutions across VSI's global studio network.

In her new role, Esther will oversee VSI's global operations, with a focus on driving greater integration across the Group, enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating the adoption of technology-enabled and AI-powered workflows.

Congratulations, Esther, on the well-deserved promotion. We look forward to achieving new milestones under her leadership.

VSI Rome recently wrapped up an exclusive dubbing masterclass led by industry professionals Francesca Draghetti and Roberto Stocchi.

Over eight intensive weeks, six voice actors gained hands-on training in real studio environments, refining their technical, vocal and performance skills and preparing them to take on professional roles with confidence and autonomy. 🎙️

A huge thank you to Francesca and Roberto for sharing their expertise, and congratulations to everyone who took part. We can't wait to see the waves you'll make in the industry! 👏

Our London team laced up for the City v Wharf Run yesterday, and what a fun evening it was!

14 of our colleagues took on a 5km around Victoria Park, some running their first-ever 5km, others enjoying a leisurely walk to soak up the last of the summer evenings, and a few chasing a new personal best.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Whatever the pace, the spirit was the same: camaraderie, wellness, and a great excuse to get outside together as a team.

Last month, we celebrated a decade of VSI LA with our annual summer party, and what a night it was.🤩
