We were thrilled to celebrate 14 years of Rhymes with our birthday show last Thursday 🍊🎫🍊

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us .sq, our MC , featured performers Ellie Dawes, Kimberley Montgomery and Stevie Tyler, and our returning Open mic winners Sarah Munday and Perry Twelvetrees who joined us to do 10 minutes each as part of their prizes.

We cheered on our open micers Matty McFaul, David McDade, Paul Fidler, Poppy Radcliffe, Tony Collingwood, Emma Pask and Andy Cronk. Congratulations to Tony who won the Open mic with his poem about the cow that wouldn't say moo. We laughed so hard 🧡

Thank you to everyone who has ever supported Rhymes! It means the world to us to still have our beloved night. Seeing people find the courage to get up and perform has brought us huge joy over the past 14 years.

We're buzzing after another excellent Rhymes with Orange last night.

Huge thanks to everyone who braved the tube strikes and came down to .sq 🍊

MC Liam Fleming hosted our featured performers Colin Nelson, Athos Athansiou and Rachel Malham as they performed on the theme of Future.

We welcomed back Biff Smith, previous Open Mic winner and our special guests and .

Limerick Challenge was won by Carl Heap who we can confidently say has won the most Limerick Challenges in Rhymes history 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Open micers were Summer Gibbins, Carl Heap, Perry Twelvetrees, Rich McLean, Sarah Kitteridge (plus housemates), Paul Fidler and Jamie Crawford.

Open Mic was won by Perry Twelvetrees 🍊
