People asked me how to do this drink. You need best a clay casserole and add:
- Ron 2 or 3 litres
- dozen of coffee beans
- lemon or orange peel
- cinnamon sticks
- sugar
Fill up a ladle with Ron and flame it with a lighter. Then slowly get into the casserole so the flame spreads on the surface. Mix with the aid of the ladle for around 10 minutes so alcohol evaporates and reduce to 2 thirds.

Before to drink just leave it to cool for a little bit as it it well hot.

This recipe comes from the fisher men in a region of Catalonia who drank this first think in the morning before starting a cold day fishing.
Yes, first think in the morning ... that got rid of the cold ... It gets you drunk very quick as it’s so nice ... mmm ...

Come along and have a relaxing night immerse in drawing. We provide with materials and we’ll be serving wine and tapas in the break.
Tonight the model will be a surprise as I haven’t booked anyone yet !
Come alone or with friends. The studio is beautiful and large so don’t need to book in advance.
Oh! It is a bit tricky to find. It’s at the top floor above The Peer Hat bar with entrance at the back tiny alleyway. Come upstairs and I’ll meet you there.
