We’re hiring — Duty Manager (Freelance) 📣

UD is looking for reliable, proactive people to run the floor at Talent House — keyholding, health & safety, studio access and event support, as the main point of contact on shift.

Casual, rota basis. £15 p/h, 3hr minimum shift. Based at Talent House, Stratford.

First Aid or Fire Marshal training is a bonus, not a requirement — what matters most is good judgement, clear communication and a proactive eye for detail.

okay but can we talk about the actual best part of Incubator for a sec 👇

Maybe it’s not the studio time (though yes, that’s incredible). It’s showing up and realising everyone in the room actually gets you. No explaining yourself. Just people who make stuff, being around other people who make stuff. That’s it. 2026/27 applications are open now — come find your people.
