Conductor Jacob Joyce opens his 2026/27 season with a series of debut engagements with acclaimed orchestras across Europe and North America.

Following a performance with the Opéra National de Bordeaux celebrating the music of John Williams on September 30, he makes his first collaboration with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra this evening, in a live-to-film performance of Disney's 'Hocus Pocus'.

This evening, Intermusica artists Verity Wingate and Caspar Singh star in opening night of Tchaikovsky's 'Eugene Onegin' at Opera North.

Verity reprises the role of Tatyana for her house debut, while Caspar makes both his house debut and his role debut as Lensky. Conducted by Barry Walker, and directed by Patrick Nolan, the production runs to 21 November.
