On Friday (19th of June) Siobhan Dodds is coming to the T-Bird Comedy Club in Finsbury Park:
With high energy and huge likeability, she talks about motherhood, being a sign language interpreter and she’ll also probably mention winning the Not So New Comedian Of The Year Competition.

Peter Callaghan will then bring a touch of magic to the proceedings. You certainly get variety at the T-Bird.
Rez Bhatt is on too. There is something distinctive about a comedian who has lived in more than one world. Rez Bhatt was born in South Africa, raised in London, and has Indian roots, a combination that informs his stand-up comedy in ways that feel specific and surprising in equal measure.
His style is fast-paced and conversational, built on storytelling and wry observation. He does not linger, the ideas come quickly, the laughs follow close behind, and by the end of a set, a room has been taken somewhere it did not expect to go. He is one of the more interesting rising acts on the London comedy scene. He’s the kind of comedian that makes you wish you had seen him sooner.
Also appearing on Friday are the fandabbydozy:
Leo Janneti
Tony Carr
Josh Taylor
Olly Miller
How the night works is that we have a mix of mostly experienced acts and some newer people. It’s always fun.
The free comedy evening starts at 8.15 but it’s worth arriving early, as up until eight, there’s a special offer on their superb cocktails. You’ll find this amazing, friendly, family-run bar at 132, Blackstock Road.
