So hereâs the thing.
As a way of working, for most of the people, most of the time, theatre doesnât work.
Weâre trying to find a different path.
Our aim is to produce new work. And to find new ways to work. Sometimes what we do will look like what theatre is supposed to look like. Sometimes it wonât.
Weâre not rejecting what exists, just reacting to the constant rejection from what does exist. We believe if, a lot of the time, youâre locked out of the playground, why not build your own one?
Weâre the wrong side of the gatekeepers. Weâre outside the algorithms. And weâre bored of waiting.
So weâll create multiple touch points for our products, our purpose, and our people. If this doesnât sound very theatrical, we know a very clever man who once said, âAll the worldâs a stage.â
Well, maybe he was overstating things there. (He did do that, occasionally). All the worldâs not a stage, but a lot of it can be. When you recognise that, then possibilities turn up, nick a chip off your plate, and ask âwhy not try this?â
And we want to have fun. Because, and weâve looked into this, having fun is way better than not having fun.
Weâre Random Acts Of Theatre.
Weâre a collaboration between an actor and a writer. And we want to make things happen.
Follow us.
We don't know where we're going.
