London City Ballet is thrilled to announce the 21 exceptional emerging artists selected to form the companyโs inaugural Trainee Programme for the 2026/27 season.
Chosen from an outstanding field of graduating dancers, these 21 artists stand on the cusp of their professional careers and will embark on a transformative year of intensive training, professional experience and immersion in the life of London City Ballet.
For the first time, the Trainee Programme will bring a new generation of dancers directly into the heart of the company โ working alongside its artists and artistic team, experiencing the demands of professional company life and gaining invaluable insight into what it takes to build a career in dance today.
This landmark first cohort marks an exciting new chapter for London City Ballet as it continues to engage the next generation of exceptional dance artists.
