A group show about the very real feelings we experience offline when interacting online. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Chemically love ❤️ is the same online as it is offline. We get that dopamine hit and what we perceive as artificial, is physical and real. Should we be worried about potential addiction? We are getting physical, chemical reactions, and it does feel good, so does it even matter? Is URL love becoming a facsimile of IRL love? 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

Sake will include new work by the above artists based in and making work around London. These artists are at a stage in their art making where they may see forks in the road appearing or pressures that weren’t felt before looming – it is getting increasingly harder to make art in London. It leads to an extremely important question of why we do what we do? Is the need to make art something innate, where the process is a necessity for the maker and becomes their purpose?
A greater sense of purpose makes you live longer, sleep better and have better s*x. Purpose gives life meaning. So are the activities we conduct with purpose self-serving? Is art our self-prescribed purpose pill?
