For those of you who don’t know, my beautiful daughter Amelia is currently undertaking a challenge to walk 100 miles in 100 days to raise money for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity an incredible charity that supports seriously ill children and their families. She’s currently at 89 miles in 89 days, and the challenge will finish the day before her 10th birthday.

Jacqui Walker and I are so incredibly proud of her for choosing to undertake this simply because she wants to help other people who aren’t as fortunate as she is. 6 years ago today, I was in the middle of my 24 hour DJ set raising money for Mind, all live from my kitchen. It seems like an absolute lifetime ago, or more to the point, a completely different life. All of us in lockdown, separated by physical distance and yet united and closer than ever in so many ways. The Stay Positive House Party is one of my proudest achievements, and even though I’d love to do another set like that again, I know that it was perfect for that unique, once in a lifetime moment.

Reflecting on it all has made me a bit emotional today and I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t had a little cry earlier. I’m so proud of what we achieved together in that frankly insane period of time. Here’s just a couple of my favourite moments from the set, big love to you all 💜💜💜
