It is always a special moment to see the final result of a book in the world. I’m especially proud of a recent commission completed by The Book Whisperer Studio London, part of Silver Gravity Entertainment, for The Chancery Rosewood Hotel London.
We were commissioned to create a bespoke art coffee table book documenting the remarkable art collection within the hotel, the curatorial vision behind it, and the extraordinary artists whose work now shapes this beautiful new space.
The book brings together interviews, stories, and insights around the collection, curated by Cramer & Bell, alongside the work of an exceptional group of artists from across the UK and around the world. The result is a beautifully produced book that now sits in every room of the newly opened Chancery Rosewood Hotel in London.
It was a pleasure to work with Managing Director Michael Bonsor and his team on this commission, with special thanks to Alice Jónsdóttir, Callum Newton, and the hotel’s Art Concierge, Elisabeth Antonsen, for their support throughout.
It was also a pleasure to partner with Stephen Palmer at Geoff Neal PrintWorks for the exceptional print work on the book, and with the talented designer Gareth Hobbs.
Guests visiting the hotel may even have the opportunity to see the book while experiencing this extraordinary property. I also believe art tours can be booked.
Set in the former US Embassy in London, The Chancery Rosewood is a truly striking venue, and it was an enormous privilege to interview and work with some of this world’s most distinguished artists, including Sir Christopher Le Brun, Hormazd Narielwalla, Sussy Cazalet, Stephen Chambers, Athony Gerace, Dan Cook and many more all of whom are featured in the book.
