I am currently working on a performance discussing the impact it has on me and other people.

Sometimes, some things are hard to explain; they are beyond explanation. Here, I attempt to put some misconceptions about ADHD.

1st April: Spring into optimism

White Rabbit Wisdom:

Its been a cold, damp, dark winter. Lots of introspective evenings. Love and loss, life mistakes and achievements.

Its when we surface like the first flowers of spring the heart beats of joy. The abundance of colour brightens our town and cities. Easter brings delicious temptation 😋 and time to spring into action.

As you surface from your burrows embrace the goals and plans you made during winter, and announced in the new year. Its time to grow, forgive, love and take control of your destiny.

It is your life, your destiny and your goals and dreams..time to put yourself first, protectant nurture what means more to you. Self care is important as you are important.

Happy Easter when it comes. 🐰 🐣 🗿 🍫

Another month....a sign of light and lighter mornings and longer days are looming.

Welcome to March and March Hares!

White Rabbit Wisdom:

As winter begins to fade and spring offers new growth and possibilities, we begin the journey from being introspective and self reflection.

Darker nights and shorter days pulls us deep into ourselves, grief, loss, hurt, pain, misunderstanding, disputes, financial worries, endings of relationships and friendships, and whatever else the winter throws at us.

Between the ending of one season and the beginning of another we find outsiders in the In-between space...a moment of preparation to spring into action. To bring to the surface those projects and ideas you have been hybernating over the winter.

Like a bulb waiting to push through the soil and surface with renewed energy and vibrancy, to embrace the sunflowers that shed seeds of hope, growth and a multitude of opportunities.

I'm late..I'm late... its just another date.

It was really wet this morning.. just glad l had an umbrella. I find when the first lands on a Sunday., it's a busy morning. Good bye January..hello February.

White Rabbits Wisdom:

How do we value kinship and friendship? Over the last three months l have been dealing with many kinds of losses.

Losing two family members and two friends. As well as loosing a friendsip, that was more out of careless actions

I have deeply felt so much pain and grief tied in with being ostracised and publicly ignored. Yet l have to face life with all its challenges and experiences it gives me. I live with taking responsibility for every action l have taken in life.

I live with bad times and embrace the good time's Sometimes my neurodivergent through neurodrifting, flips a moment of calm into emotional anarchy.

Having my faith helps me through some difficult times. Yet it also shows me the true value of family and friends. Techniques and processes from Dyads to Breath work that has given me tools to navigate through life.

Accepting one's path with gratitude and love is a strength. Pain awakens untapped insights.

Whatever you are going through don't do it alone. There are people waiting to take you into their arms and lead you back to life with love and support.

It happened!

That invisible boundary of rituals that carries holes of dreams. Pockets of ideas and the desire to have a fresh start. We live with the experiences of 2O25 to embrace new beginnings 2026.

There are some things we cannot change, some experiences that will continue to affect us.

What this symbolic transaction of dates gives us, is the opportunity to use this as a marking point to motivate yourself to be the self you were born to be.

Dont force things.
Step back and give space for healing to process. Unfortunatly there are no quick fix solutions.

Two bunny's holding genuine baftas!

1st November was a celebration of 10 years of perorming the ritual of first of the month.

Appearing on a wall in South West London by the river Thames, every month from 7am to 8am.
