Pointe Ahead Dance Theatre Company Pointe Ahead is a dance company under the artistic direction of Rachel Whorton. It's the artistry of this that drives each creation.

Utilising the medium of film to create work with a classical ballet focus. Creating dance works on film allows for greater flexibility in the approach taken. Ballet provides the substance and language of the piece, enhanced by the scene and added dynamics of the camera work. The familiar setting becomes part of the piece itself and the camera as an additional performer. At the core of any work is, and always will be, classical ballet.
