Afro Disco — 12″ EP (BBE Africa / BBE Music)

Four scorching cuts from the deepest corners of the BBE Africa vaults, collected on one heavyweight 12″. Rim & Kasa’s cult afro-disco floorfiller “Love Me for Real” and Sidiku Buari’s rolling boogie “I’m Ready” sit alongside Eji Oyewole’s horn-heavy highlife-funk “Unity in Africa” and a rare Fela-schooled side from Hugh Masekela’s band Ojah, “Afro Beat Blues.” Peak-time African disco, boogie and Afrobeat for DJs and diggers alike — killer, no filler.

Tracklist
A1. Rim & Kasa – Love Me for Real
A2. Sidiku Buari – I’m Ready
B1. Eji Oyewole – Unity in Africa (Kasowopo Kasekan)
B2. Ojah with Hugh Masekela – Afro Beat Blues
