For all the creative slime lovers in South East London.

As part of the Peckham Festival, makers of The Arches Studios are welcoming the public to our Open Studios to see where the magic happens. As part of this, we will be hosting our first slime making workshop: making 'buttery slime' with liquid clay.

The workshop will provide the ingredients and teach all participants how to make buttery slime, as well as some fun ways to play with it. The workshop will start promptly and lasts approximately 30 minutes. The activity will be fun, sensory, interactive, creative and deliciously MESSY! After the workshop is over have a look round our lovely studios.

To attend this workshop please book one of the two time slots on Eventbrite, and arrive 5 minutes before the start time.

The first Peckham Festival is happening this September. The artists and makers of The Arches Studios in Blenheim Court are extremely happy to support and take part in this exciting new venture.

As a group of artists, most of whom live locally, we are proud of Peckham and glad Southwark Council are recognising the value of our area’s flourishing creativity by funding this new event.

There has been a thriving artist’s community in Blenheim Court for over 25 years and many of our established artists and makers will be opening their studio doors during the festival.

Work on display will include fascinating animal based silversmithing and jewellery, beautiful hand forged knives and a wide range of sophisticated ceramics.

So please come and see us, as you discover the wealth of creativity Peckham has to offer.
