Everyone wants to feel special - especially you, Miam Miam.

Playhouse East proudly presents MIAM MIAM, a work-in-progress production, as part of The WIP 2026.

MIAM MIAM is the newest work-in-progress show from the team behind Magdalena, Woman of Joy. Blending drag, clowning, and audience interaction, the show is messy, hilarious, and impossible to predict.

If exploitation feels good, why would anyone stop it?

Starring Lily Sinko
Created by Lily Sinko & Daniel Kettle + Miam Miam Theatre
Supported and Co-produced by Playhouse East

11 + 12 June - 8.30pm

MIAM MIAM contains immersive and participatory elements. During the performance, some audience members may be invited into closer interaction with performers.

„It is with profound sadness that we confirm a fatal incident occurred earlier today at Hawthorne Wildlife Park involving a member of our animal care team and a tiger within our care.“

Playhouse East proudly presents SAVE THE TIGER, a work-in-progress production, as part of The WIP 2026.

Following her son’s death in a tiger attack, Raya struggles to make sense of what happened - and to decide which version of the truth she can live with.

Written by Shira Florentin
Directed by James Alexandrou

This showing offers audiences an early encounter with the material, as it continues to develop. The performance will be followed by a discussion, inviting audience reflections and feedback as part of the creative process.

11 + 12 June - 7.15pm
Running time: 60 minutes, including discussion.
