Been a while since we have shared on Facebook but here’s some insight on the behind the scenes.
The Shedding (excerpts)
10 months of recovery from becoming disabled by harmful environments, systems and ideologies.
£14000 worth sacrificing for every bit of my body,mind and spirit I have back.
2 diagnoses October 2024 (Private £1100) and January 2026 (NHS) a poem for each.
1 Niquelle processing in real time, unmasking, unlearning and undoing so I can be all of me again.
Many ways have remained consistent when tears were not safe.
When feelings and body overwhelmed me since I was a child.
