SO excited about our Frankie’s upcoming Party Barre Pop Up Event on Sun 19 Jan

As well as being our number 1 party girl fitness fanatic she also has a vintage clothing business and is putting on a whole afternoon of fun, retro sweat & sustainable shopping❤️

On Sun 19 Jan she will be bringing you her OG Party Barre class (AND ITS HER 40th BIRTHDAY!!) The class is guaranteed good vibes and open to ALL LEVELS of fitness. There’ll be a high energy aerobic warm up to some garage & jungle bangers and then she’ll move onto floor barre with a bit of strength conditioning. You’ll end the class feeling strong & powerful!

There will also FREE Retroglow leg-warmers worth £9.99, other free goodies, a silk bonnet raffle & 20% off never seen before premium vintage ❤️
