Ever watched a musician and thought… how on earth do they do that? ✨🎻

From lightning-fast fingers to jaw‑dropping vocals, the rise of the 19th-century virtuoso turned performers into icons of near‑superhuman skill, and the fascination hasn’t faded. Writer & broadcaster Flora Willson explores it all in this year’s Proms Guide.

Whether you’re a first‑time visitor or a seasoned Prommer, tuning in live, on radio or online, the BBC Proms Festival Guide is your ultimate summer companion 🎶
