✨💃 **A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Amazing Dancers! 🇵🇪❤️** ✨

Last Sunday, as part of the wonderful Wandsworth Arts Fringe Festival celebrations at the Royal Academy of Dance, our ArtPerUK performers proudly took to the stage to share the beauty, energy, and diversity of Peruvian culture with the community.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to every dancer who dedicated their time, passion, commitment, and talent to make this performance such a success. From Marinera to Festejo, Toromata to Valicha, each dance was performed with pride and excellence, showcasing the richness of our heritage and bringing joy to audiences of all backgrounds. 🇵🇪✨

Thank you for your hard work in rehearsals, your enthusiasm, your teamwork, and for being incredible ambassadors of Peruvian culture. Your dedication helps keep our traditions alive and inspires future generations to embrace their roots.

Today, ArtPerUK was proud to be part of **“All Around the World – Community Day”** at the Royal Academy of Dance. 💃🕺

Our talented dancers brought the spirit of Peru to the stage, showcasing beautiful traditional dances including **Marinera**, **Toromata**, **Festejo**, and **Valicha**. 🎶❤️💛

It was a joyful experience to share our culture with audiences from many different communities and backgrounds, celebrating diversity, friendship, and the power of the arts to bring people together. 🌍🤝✨

We are incredibly proud to represent Peru and to keep our traditions alive here in the UK. 🇵🇪🇬🇧 Seeing our dancers perform with such passion, dedication, and pride reminds us why cultural heritage matters and how dance can connect generations and communities. ❤️

✨☀️ **CELEBRATING INTI RAYMI ACROSS LONDON!** ☀️✨

What an incredible weekend for ArtPerUK as we proudly participated in **two Inti Raymi celebrations**, standing alongside Latin American communities to honour one of the most important ancestral festivals of the Andes.

🌞 **Inti Raymi**, the Festival of the Sun, is a celebration of gratitude, renewal, unity and connection with nature. Rooted in Indigenous Andean traditions, it honours **Inti, the Sun God**, giving thanks for life, harvests, prosperity and the strength of our communities.

💃🇵🇪 ArtPerUK was delighted to bring Peruvian culture to life through dance, colour and tradition at:

✨ The Inti Raymi celebration organised by **Comunidad Rimanakuy**
✨ The multicultural Inti Raymi celebration organised by the **Ecuadorian community in London**

Through music and traditional dance, we joined artists and community groups from across Latin America, showcasing the richness of our heritage while creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to come together, learn from one another and celebrate diversity.

🤝 These events are more than performances, they are spaces where culture builds bridges, strengthens community connections, promotes wellbeing, and ensures that our traditions continue to inspire future generations.

❤️ We are proud that for another year ArtPerUK has represented Peru, sharing our cultural heritage and contributing to vibrant community celebrations that bring joy, inclusion and a sense of belonging to so many people.

We are delighted to announce that ArtPerUK CIC will be participating in the Inti Raymi Celebration organised by Comunidad Rimanakuy
in London.

Join us as we come together to honour one of the most important traditions of Peruvian heritage, celebrating the Sun, community, culture, and our ancestral roots.

We are incredibly proud to announce that ArtPerUK has once again been invited to perform at the Royal Academy of Dance Community Day 2026. as part of

For the third consecutive year, we will be representing Peru and sharing the beauty, energy, and traditions of our culture through dance. This continued invitation reflects the impact of our community work and our commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and cultural exchange across London.

Join us as we take the stage alongside talented groups from around the world in a celebration of community, creativity, and global cultures.

We are incredibly proud and grateful to have been selected by through the Unity Fund to deliver our Peruvian Pride FREE Workshop.

This opportunity is a recognition of the journey ArtPerUK has been on for more than 7 years, building community, celebrating Peruvian heritage, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed, represented, and valued.

This weekend, more than 40 members of our community came together to celebrate Pride, culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging through dance, conversation, and shared experiences. It was a powerful reminder of why safe spaces matter.

At ArtPerUK, we believe everyone deserves to participate in cultural and community life free from violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, and online abuse.

We know that many people continue to face these challenges every day, and that is why we remain committed to creating environments where people are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, age, or background.

Thank you to Pride in London, the Unity Fund, our volunteers, facilitators, and every participant who joined us and made this event so special.

Today, more than 40 + Peruvians came together in London for a truly special celebration of Pride, culture, heritage, diversity, and inclusion. ❤️

Through dance, conversation, laughter, and shared experiences, we created a space where everyone could feel seen, valued, and proud of who they are. From the powerful rhythms of Afro-Peruvian traditions , Contradanza, Huaylarsh, to the elegance of Marinera, we celebrated the richness of Peruvian culture while embracing the beauty of our diverse community.

At ArtPerUK, we believe that culture shines brightest when everyone is welcome. 🌟
Today was not just about dancing, it was about building connections, creating safe spaces, honouring our roots, and showing that Peruvian culture belongs to everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, background, or story.
