The CHEIRON crew was a group of songwriters and music producers who dominated the world wide pop music scene from the early 90s until the year 2000. CHEIRON's founder Denniz PoP could establish himself as a hit producer from SWEMIX Studios by charting with Dr. Alban's "Hello Afrika" and his debut album with the same title. Wanting to go his own way, Denniz opened CHEIRON Studios in 1993 in Stockho
lm, Sweden and paved the way for a unique story of success including dozens of world wide #1 smash hits for the likes of Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys or *NSYNC. After Denniz PoP tragically passed away in 1998 after a short battle with cancer, CHEIRON continued their success story for 2 more years until it was decided to close doors in August 2000. The crew parted ways and teamed up again in 3 smaller groups, opening their own studios. Those being Maratone (Max Martin, Rami & Alexandra Talomaa), The Location (Andreas Carlsson, Kristian Lundin & Jake Schulze) and A Side Productions (Per Magnusson & David Kreuger). To date the songwriters & producers of CHEIRON have written over 1.300 songs for more than 350 artists - no end is in sight! For all fans WWW.CHEIRON-MUSIC.COM offers a lot of detail about the history of CHEIRON, its predecessor and successors in form of a SONG ARCHIVE which includes all (released) songs ever written and/or produced by the CHEIRON crew members, a list of ARTISTS who have worked with CHEIRON, a small biography of every crew member, a RELEASE CALENDAR showing all physical & digital music releases by CHEIRON for the past 4 years, and much more...
