I hope you’ve been treating yourself well and enjoying life with all its seasons. 🤍

I also hope you’ve missed me *just* a tiny bit. I have missed you a ton and can’t explain how excited I am to get back.

Okay, so I made myself a promise that this time I’m not gonna apologize for taking a break, like I’ve done the last times. Even if it was a year long break. 🤭

It was very much needed for my own peace and growth and we don’t apologise for that anymore. And, today I’m here to remind you just that. That you don’t need to explain or apologize for putting your needs first, for growing and changing! You shine babe, unapologetically, alaways. ✨

You can do a lot of things simultaneously but you can’t be hard on yourself for not achieving max results on all of them.

The thing is you can’t give your absolute best to everything all the time.

Some will always be top priority depending on what stage of life you are at the moment.

If you are going through career changes or uni exams maybe working out 2 hours per day is not something you can realistically do and that is okay.

Then the top priority will always shift from time to time and you will have to adjust again. It’s an ongoing thing and the faster you realize that you have only 24h a day an only so much energy the easier will it be to take off the guilt for not doing everything at 100% capacity.

And for the things that are not top priority at the moment: 80%, 40%, even 1% progress on them is always better than nothing.

So no matter how much you get done today, I am proud of you for trying to find your balance❤️🌻🧚‍♀️✨

Don’t get me wrong, goals are THE place to start: they help you envision where you want to go next, what do you want to achieve or be.

And they are great for measuring your success too. But there is no success if you don’t design the way that is going to lead you to achieve this goal.

Why? Because if you want to get better at cooking, you are not going to get better at it just by merely wishing. You have to decide & plan how you are actually going to learn cooking:

1) Going to cooking classes;

2) Learning at home by practice;

3) Buying a cook book;

4) Watching cooking videos on YouTube, etc.

And not only that but you will have to actually PLAN when will you do it and how much time you will dedicate to it each day, week or month.

You have to make your plan as clear as possible including tools that will help you perform these activities that will take you to your goal. Otherwise you will get confused, wait for motivation to come to you and always push for later.

So what do you say if you get a notepad, a pen and start planning your way to your goal & make a promise to yourself to actually follow through this time? I believe you can do it🌻 Hope you believe in yourself too🦋
