In collaboration with Port of London Authority we are thrilled that announce Thames Lens 2025 has released two new prizes.

We are very excited to annouce we have the new 'Student' and 'Under 25's' categories, so get out on the river and start snapping!

Student: Our new student prize, asks people in higher education to respond to one of the competitions five categories.

Under 25’s: Our under 25’s prize, encourages young people to get down to the River Thames and capture photos which represent one of the competitions five categories.

Winners and Runner ups will be invited to a Private View and award ceremony. Prizes include a years membership to the Photographer Gallery, and much more.

The competition closes to entries on Friday 10 January 2025.

Thames Day 2024: A family day on the River Thames, celebrating the river that runs through our city.

We caught up with the Lord Mayor of the City of London for the first ever Thames Day that was launched on World Rivers Day. The event featured barge rides on The Alice and The Blue Mermaid, litter picking with Thames 21 and loads of stalls for the family including face painting, food as well as live music.
