The School, London School of Acting in London. 2 Year Acting Training, structured around evenings & weekends.

Ours is a robust and rigorous training, covering classical, contemporary and acting-based musical theatre. There is no upper age limit and we welcome talented students from all backgrounds and walks of life. You will study the fundamentals of voice and movement, together with acting and character study and a range of specialist disciplines including clowning, period dancing and stage combat. Singi

ng is taught with an emphasis on acting through song, along with dance skills for musical theatre. Throughout the training, you will work on scenes and whole plays from a range of different playwrights, including Shakespeare, Ibsen, Chekhov, Wilde, right through to modern and contemporary work. The course culminates in a public season of plays in London and two industry showcases, with graduates eligible to join Spotlight and Equity. We also offer short courses, including an 8 week Acting Masterclass and a 4 day Acting Intensive, catering for all experience levels. Participation on any of our short courses can be used as an alternative to an audition for those wishing to join the 2 year Acting Training.
