Our upstairs Main House is a 150 capacity Off West-end venue; largely programming established companies or those on the hunt for a West-end transfer! The downstairs Studio Theatre is an 80 capacity fringe venue; the Studio's varied programming can house anything from new writing very experimental theatre, as well as fine art, comedy and music events

' Serious Money' at The Courtyard Theatre!

'Perhaps the greatest play about corruption ever written, staged minutes from the glass towers of the City. Caryl Churchill's savage verse satire of the Square Mile was first performed at the Royal Court in 1987 with Gary Oldman, and famously revived after the 2008 crash. Now it returns to money's doorstep. Eleven actors play over forty characters: takeover artists, PR consultants, corrupt MPs and a young woman investigating her brother's death. It is written entirely in rhyme and performed at a thousand miles an hour, in a comedy that owes as much to pantomime as the trading floor.'

'Shakespeare for Dinner' at The Courtyard Theatre!

'The Bardic Buffoons take on London for one night only after their 34th run at the Edinburgh Fringe! A pleasing plethora of pentameter and puns. Perfect for hardened Bard fans or blank verse virgins alike. Shakespeare for Breakfast is never the same two years running as different writers, directors and actors get the opportunity to put their own spin on Willie’s work. In 2026 our band of merry meddlers are taking on King Lear, bringing some much needed silliness (and music!) to one of Shakespeare’s more tragic works.'
