What a delight and privilege to be at the Wigmore Hall last night to hear the superb and highly-acclaimed violinist (and LMC Alumnus!!) Carolin Widmann, in recital. Thrilling to think that 26 years ago Carolin came to London Master Classes to work with the legendary violinist, Sylvia Rosenberg, who was full of praise and so aware of her potential........and now to recognise how much Carolin has achieved and how proud we are of her, watching and delighting in her distinguished career! Carolin is a shining example of how we have helped nurture great talent in the forty years, plus, of our existence and look forward to the years ahead, when we will help nurture and promote even more.
