The Wiener Moonlight Orchester and it’s official partner the Wiener Musikverein wish to congratulate the 3 composer finalists : Maciej Balenkowski, Allan Chen and Noah Max who took part in the Isolda International Composition competition program in Wiener Musikverein last sunday. Great composers and great pieces performed: Sinfonietta no.1 by Maciej Bałenkowski, Light by Allan Xiangnan Chen, and Eulogy for an Imagined Pitch by Noah Max. Thank you to William Walker for conducting the Orchestra during the concert. Well done to all!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Announcing the 1st International Composition Workshop for String Orchestra in Vienna of the Isolda Composition Found to be held at the Musikverein in Vienna!
Isolda Composition Foundation for the Moonlight Symphony Orchestra: Applications are open internationally for artistic and professional development workshop for early-career composers. Three participants will be selected from a pool of applicants and attend the competition workshop. Prizes will be awarded to the selected participants and include a premiere at the Musikverein in Vienna.
Orchestra: Vienna Moonlight Symphony Orchestra.
Workshop Date: Sunday 12th of May 2019 at 2pm.
Concert: 7:30pm.
Location: MUSIKVEREIN , Musikvereinsplatz 1, 1010 VIENNA, Austria.
