Posted • Today is a day that reminds us to lift up the women in our life. Today is a day of reminding us that we all have struggles and we all have victories. It is a day to acknowledge each other’s struggles (no matter how different they are from our own) and to celebrate each other’s victories.

Today I am proud of each of us and our journey to this day.

Happy Monday! It is mental health awareness week! And this is the time of year that might be great to reflect on your mental well being. I see a lot of clients come through my (virtual) doors who have no idea what their story is or how to tell it.

A lot of confusion, lack of confidence and low self esteem are side effects of not having clarity on your personal narrative. So it is my job to ensure that you know who you are, your values and how that feeds into your personal and professional narrative!

So I beg of you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

- take some time this week to reflect on yourself and your story
- look back at all your accomplishments and celebrate where you are in your journey 🎉🎉🎉
- take ten minutes and start to write down the story of your dream life. See where you want to go, and let’s start laying that foundation today!

In one week, I will be giving a workshop all about navigation. How do we navigate this new time? How do we overcome some of the losses we have had. What happens when we find that we have been made redundant, been furloughed, or how to overcome the detriment of losing your income and livelihood.

So many of us are are stuck in a weird in between, not knowing what the future holds. Not knowing how to push through, or where to push to... But together with The Loss Project , I will be putting on a workshop all about Navigating the New You!

When was the last time you felt in control of your own narrative?

Do you feel like you are living the life you have always wanted? Or do you feel like you are trying to get through to the next stage, whatever that might be? Do you feel like you are going through the motions, just trying to survive?

We have all been there. But taking control of your narrative and owning your story is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Tonight I will be going through techniques for how to get in the driver's seat of your own story. This includes letting go of things and thoughts that hold you back, as well as create ways to bring your creativity, your ambitions, to the forefront of your story. Everyday you are living the life you write for yourself!

Happy Friday! We all know about the power of story. Stories have powerful ways of drawing us in and convincing us of narratives. With that being said, when was the last time you asked yourself what narrative you are putting out into the world? And what narratives are you letting in to your world? Do you allow yourself to be consumed by stories, do you check the facts of these stories? Are you putting stories out into the world you can be proud of?

This is a very tumultuous time, so let's take some time over the weekend and think about how we are presenting ourselves in this world? What side of history do we want to be associated with? When we look back at all the things that make us who we are, will our story be one of greatness? Will it be one that we can wear with pride?

We are bringing you a fine artist, a dancer, and a storyteller to help you find ways to move, make, and express your creativity during this time! We want to make you feel at home and comfortable, in your own skin, as well as in your own narrative and creativity.

This is as true today as it has ever been. With so much going on in the world, we are constantly looking for our place? Where is it? What do we give to our culture, or our generation? What do we take? This year has had many trials and tribulations, but you can still navigate your narrative.

Through workshops and activities, I try to focus attention on attendees and how their stories can create the future. How they can craft and design the cultures we want to cultivate.
