We are excited to twist out our winter toxins and rebalance our energy.

The workshop includes cleansing yoga (suitable for all abilities) and chakra meditation with our yoga teacher.

Introducing your host for tonight's April Fools Comedy Special - Leo Sené

Leo Sené is an actor, comedic writer and director from London.

He started his career training for theatre and film and has performed in musicals and plays around London and the UK.
Leo is also the co creator of comedy sketch group “The 20 somethings”.

Come down to The Control Room tonight from 6.30pm. to catch Leo, Dominique Variety D Davis and Peter Abrams.

DRAUGHT - April Fools Comedy Special

TOMORROW NIGHT - SUNDAY 1st April

Doors Open 6.30pm. Comedy from 7pm.

Starring

Dominique Variety D Davis - Baby girl of Comedy. Her career spans from : Script-writer, Actress & Comedienne
Variety D is a Controversial Comedienne & she keeps everything REAL to the fullest. Comedy is her main talent. She has performed in so many venues such as The Drum Theatre (Birmingham), Broadway Theatre (Catford), Lyric Hammersmith, Edinburgh 'FRINGE' Festival etc (Scotland).

Peter Abrams - "19 year old Peter Abrams, has mentorship under Russell Brand and a Glastonbury Festival in his first year of comedy resume.
Mixing musical comedy with stand-up, Peter delivers a unique and theatrical set that is setting the comedy scene alight both here and in the US."

We are very excited to introduce Cecilia Knapp

Cecilia is a writer, poet, performer and theatre maker. She’s shared work nationally an internationally. Her commissions have included the TATE and the BBC and she has been a guest curator at Cheltenham Literature Festival. She was recently nominated for the role of London’s Young Poet laureate and appeared in Vogue as one of the UK's best young writers to watch. Cecilia has also delivered a TEDX talk at Warwick University. To date, Cecilia has written two pieces for theatre, Finding Home (recently published by BX3) and Rear View with renowned theatre company IOU. Both shows have toured the UK extensively. Audiences have described her work as ‘mesmerising’, ’totally gripping’ and ‘light as a birds feather’ (Lyn Gardner.) She is currently writing her first novel and her debut poetry collection will be published in 2018 by Burning Eye Books. She also teaches creative writing and poetry workshops in schools, Universities and for communities.

Introducing Megan Stewart

Megan is a Scottish actress, producer and graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. She is currently attending Kings College London and is the co-owner and managing director of boutique London film production company, These People Make Pictures. Personal credits include the BBC Women's Equality Party Election Broadcast, NYC premiere of Douglas Carter Beane's 'Fairycakes,' and touring West End shows 'Scrooge,' 'Jesus Christ Superstar' and 'Joseph and the Technicoloured Dreamcoat.'

Megan will be performing her first spoken word night at The Grafton, Kentish Town tonight!
