We’re proud to welcome Risa Taniguchi to the Demand Artists roster.

A defining voice of Japan’s underground, Risa channels the intensity of Tokyo’s club culture into a sound that’s hypnotic, raw, and deeply human. Her breakthrough So Loud EP hit No.1 on Beatport (Techno – Raw/Deep/Hypnotic), followed by standout releases on CLR under Chris Liebing, and further work on MOOD, Octopus, and Second State.

On stage, Risa delivers precision and emotion in equal measure—weekly across Japan with residencies at WOMB and Ohjo bldg, plus international tours throughout Europe and the U.S. Her global presence continues to rise with appearances at Rave The Planet and the RESISTANCE stage at Ultra Japan.

Beyond the club, she composes for fashion runways and hosts her own show on J-WAVE—expanding techno into broader cultural spaces.

A DJ, producer and curator charting a bold path through new sound worlds. Hailing from Queens, NYC and shaped by the vibrant, diverse New York underground, he’s known for an ever-evolving creative approach and an innate ability to spark connection on the club floor.

Currently based in Milan, the name WhereIsFenix reflects an artist who thrives on movement – always shifting, never staying in one place too long. His sound is rooted in raw, percussive energy and storytelling through emotion, deftly bypassing genre boundaries in favour of a global palette cultivated from years of travel, crate-digging, and immersion in different scenes. From gritty after-hours parties on 9 Mile in Detroit, to club closing sets at Circus in Tokyo and dynamic open-air raves in Berlin, his intuitive sets flow through moods and textures rather than genre tags. His productions echo that same sense of motion, vitality and unpredictability.

A respected collaborator, remixer, club-weapon edit specialist, and a creator whose studio work bears a singular, charismatic touch, WhereIsFenix has built a presence that’s grounded in community, unity and authenticity. With a long-awaited debut album on the horizon, his WhereAmI? mix series journey expanding in magnetic new directions, and the maverick spontaneity of his upcoming all-vinyl mix series (title withheld), he’s poised to reveal an innovative next chapter. 2M is a DJ duo from Zurich, composed of Max and Morgan, rooted in high-energy, percussive house with subtle ’90s DNA and a sharp, Zeitgeist-aware selection. They are the minds behind RESONICA, a record label, festival, and event series curating eclectic artists from across the globe, shaping and challenging Switzerland’s music culture. So far, their releases have been exclusively on their own imprint, reflecting a sharp and evolving musical identity.
With a growing reputation, 2M have shared stages with notable names. They have brought their energy to renowned venues and festivals including Hangar, Gop Tun, Shelter, Montreux Festival, Zukunft, Polaris and Silencio.
