This year's theme, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” reminds us that listening to young people's experiences is just as important as encouraging them to speak😍

This Dyslexia Awareness Week (5–11 October), we're celebrating the importance of creating spaces where every young person feels confident, included and free to express themselves.

Dyslexia is more than difficulties with reading and spelling. It's a learning difference, and everyone's experience is unique. 🌈

At Paddington Arts, we believe creativity is for everyone. We're committed to making our activities inclusive and accessible, adapting our approach to support young people with different abilities, disabilities and learning needs.

Happy Black History Month!

This year the theme is "honouring our communities", we’re celebrating the everyday people who make an extraordinary difference our teachers, volunteers, carers, community leaders and everyone who helps our young people feel supported, inspired and seen.

For our community, Black history is not only something we look back on. It is lived, shared and shaped every day through culture, creativity, care and connection.

Throughout this month, we’re proud to honour the contributions, stories and heritage that continue to strengthen our community and inspire the next generation.

At Paddington Arts, we see every day just how powerful the arts can be. They give young people a safe space to express themselves, discover their confidence and feel a true sense of belonging.

Across the UK, inspiring stories continue to show the impact of youth arts.

That is why we continue to celebrate the news, organisations, artists, educators and young people who are making a difference every single day.
