We are delighted to welcome intern Jess Ballard to the TALENTBANQ Team this summer.

Fresh from UC Berkeley with a psychology degree and hands-on experience in music marketing, artist coordination, and live production, she’s bringing the California music scene energy to London.

She’s here to do one thing: help us continue to build community through live music – if you see Jess at 21Soho Below, Country Calling or GOATFest – stop and say hello!

Plenty of time to head home if you want to watch the footy ......

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Saskia Hammersley has been promoted to Director of Live Events

First known to us as an Independent Artist and graduate of ICMP, Sassy joined TALENTBANQ as an intern back in 2024.

In March 2025 she took up the position of Artist Liaison and Concert Promoter.

She has had a huge impact on the business, starting her own series "Sassy Selects" first at The Libra and now at our new venue 21Soho Below

She instinctively knows whats right when working alongside our roster of musicians - constantly presenting shows that delight those on stage and the audiences that are the lifeblood of every rising artist.
