The menu for the Ball is:

* Tian of Cornish crab, salmon and chilli, sweetcorn and coriander
* Roasted corn fed chicken breast with herbs, confit leg, asparagus, baby carrots,gem lettuce, Champagne sauce
* Delice of strawberries, white chocolate and mint, strawberry sorbet
* Coffee and petit fours

Sounds nice. :-)
