As If it’s almost Christmas! Come join us on Wednesday 7th December at for an unusual night of comedy and festive cheer. We won’t be selling tickets. Instead we are supporting - PLEASE PROVIDE A PROOF OF DONATION ON THE DOOR. Your donation will go toward saving food from the bin and distributing it to those who need it. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

🎖1 – 02 – 21 – AS IF UPDATE 🎖

The As If team is back together, rehearsing virtually 👩‍💻 👨‍💻 🧑‍💻 and working on some particularly interesting new sketches + ideas to blow your minds 🤯 But, something will be a little different… 🤔

We are saying goodbye to Alice Palmer - Palm Sugar, Ally Pally, Aleesh, Al, PalmOlive, The Palmonator. Alice was, and always will remain, a HUGE part of the As If Collective story – she provided order in chaos, magic from madness, and unrelenting passion + dedication to what we do 🎭 Palms was an unparalleled producer + performer, and juggled both demanding roles excellently, providing huge laughs, but also focused attention to the wider impact of As If. Alice was a driving force in our charity work, working with charities such as Annos Africa +
Good Chance Theatre, and she leaves us confident in the knowledge that she will continue to work for people and purposes that are important to her, and the greater good for this crazy ol’ world 🌍

Alice, thank you, for your commitment + belief, for your ongoing support + wisdom, and for making As If what is has become. There’ll always be a chair on our stage for you and your improvisational wizardry, and we can’t wait to see what you get up to next 🧙‍♀️ 🧙‍♂️ 🧙

This virus won’t stop us from laughing, and we certainly hope we can get some laughter to YOU.

So, join us, on Thursday night, est. 10pm GMT for our FIRST EVER VIRTUAL GIG – we will be meeting (virtually) and performing (virtually) and recording (virtually) so we can SHARE SOME IMPROV WITH YOU, (VIRTUALLY)!

But, as ever, we need your suggestions! Please DM / COMMENT WHERE YOU’D RATHER BE RIGHT NOW, and from that location, we will create COUNTLESS PERFORMANCES.

We sure as hell know we’d rather be in Gower, roaming the hills, rather than cooped up in these tiny boxes on Zoom….

A message from AS IF to you all, sadly cancelling this weeks show but sending love and laughter to all, wherever you are.
