Summary: Social enterprises are seen as balancing profit with purpose. A constant negotiation between two things pulling in opposite directions. A4R's model says something different entirely. The more profit generated, the greater the social impact. Not despite the pursuit of profit — because of it. And 50% of every pound of profit goes directly to creating jobs, wealth, and embedded financial services for post-conflict communities. This is how that flywheel was built.
