HOORAY! Digby Dragon is now on YouTube! 📺 ✨

A long-time studio favourite, and BAFTA-nominated, our kind-hearted dragon friend is now easy to follow and watch on his own YouTube channel! Set in a beautiful forest backdrop populated by colourful characters, we are very proud of the quality of this show and thrilled to bring Digby to new audiences.

Digby Dragon is the fantastical children’s cartoon set in Applecross Wood where our hero, Digby Dragon, lives, along with his best pals, Fizzy the Fairy and Chips the Squirrel. Digby and his friends get up to all sorts of fun and adventures, helping the other residents of Applecross along the way.

Looking for your foot-in-the-door? Our summer internship programme is back for 2026, and we are looking for talented folks to join us in our Camden studio!

We’re offering three 4-week paid placements for candidates with zero industry experience who are ready to learn alongside our talented teams.

The Roles:
Production Assistant Intern
3D Animator Intern
Social Media Intern (Blue Zoo Digital)

Dates: 29th June – 24th July 2026
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in our Camden, London studio)
Pay: £555 per week (London Living Wage)
Deadline: Friday 22nd May at midnight

Something chaotic just hit the App Store! 👾💥

We are beyond thrilled to announce that Blue Zoo Digital has officially launched the first-ever Fuggler mobile game, Fugglers: Reckless Runner!

In collaboration with Libertas and the global plush sensation Fugglers, Blue Zoo Digital turned the world’s favourite “funny-ugly” monsters into a fast-paced, high-stakes mobile adventure. The team focused on capturing the brand’s signature irreverent energy, translated into a sleek, fast-paced runner experience. From engaging level design to character-driven progression, it’s a testament to what happens when great IP is reimagined for a different medium. And what’s more it’s already charting on iOS!

In this climate, it’s not only hard to be working in the animation industry, it’s also incredibly difficult to run a business and treat everyone with upmost respect and kindness.
