Our free women’s wellbeing programme funded by The National Lottery Community Fund ❤️

This week we are reconnecting with JOY.

Not happiness connected to external achievement…
but the kind of joy that lives in the body.
The butterflies.
The freedom.
The little moments that make us feel alive again.

Through movement, embodiment, sisterhood and self-expression, women are slowly reconnecting with themselves again.

“What has Glastonbury got to do with Symphony of Lights?”

More than I ever realised.

Before this our woman only retreat in Glastonbury in April 2024, the show was still something very different.

The vision wasn’t fully clear yet.
The depth wasn’t there yet.
Something was missing.

And then… something shifted.

Not overnight.
Not magically.
But through conversations, connection, vulnerability, healing, creativity, women coming together and something deeper beginning to emerge.

Looking back now, I honestly believe this was the moment Symphony of Light truly started becoming what it was meant to be.

Not just a performance.

But an experience.
A movement.
A remembering.

Before the theatre.
Before the choreography.
Before the lights…

Some projects entertain you.

Others change something inside you.

Symphony of Lights became one of those projects.

What began as a theatrical production grew into something much deeper a powerful experience that moved women so profoundly it inspired the creation of our new funded community programme, Reclaim Your Light, supporting women in reconnecting with themselves, their voice and their inner light.

This is more than a show.

It is a breathtaking journey through womanhood through conditioning, body image, silence, self-worth, healing, freedom and self-love.

Blending dance, theatre, live music and storytelling, Symphony of Light is for every woman who has ever:

✨ disconnected from herself
✨ afraid to take up space
✨ ready to reclaim her light

This happened during Reclaim Your Light this week while we explored safety through movement, embodiment and sisterhood.

Sometimes healing begins when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves that existed before survival mode took over ❤️

Working on a beautiful new bell choreography with our beginner group for the final scene of ✨🔔

A moment where women come together with bells and thumb bells… where they are no longer asked to shrink, but are finally allowed to shine bright.
And when women are allowed to shine, they become light. ✨

We can’t wait to share more with you soon.

✨ Today our very first Reclaim Your Light gathering took place.

And honestly… the warmth, openness, sisterhood and connection in the room was beautiful.

This is a 10-week creative embodiment journey inspired by the themes of Symphony of Light funded by helping women reconnect with confidence, joy, creativity and themselves through movement, reflection and community 💫
