Cake alert! 🚨 🔔 🧁 🎂 ☕️
As many of you know by now, making Tiramisù it’s another form of art that I pursue.
In English it translates as “Pick me up”, and never has a name so beautifully lived up to its promise.
Tiramisù is a love story on a plate.
Bitter, sweet, soft, and strong all at once, each bite revealing a new layer of feeling 🤎
It’s a quiet triumph of contrasts — where the dusky bitterness of cacao drifts over silky clouds of mascarpone, light and indulgent, while beneath it all, the bold, awakening pulse of coffee lingers with deep intensity ☕️
Each layer speaks in a different tone, yet together they form a harmony that feels less like a dessert and more like an edible work of art 🧁
It’s a tiny masterpiece. It’s perfection. It’s the sexiest of desserts.
