Longfield Hall is looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Communications & Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell our story and connect with our community.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, community-focused arts organisation - developing campaigns, growing audiences, and helping raise the profile of a historic venue with a bold future.
You’ll lead on marketing and communications across digital, print and social channels, working closely with a passionate team to share our work, support our programmes, and engage new audiences.
We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Experienced in communications and/or marketing
✨ Confident managing campaigns across multiple platforms
✨ A strong storyteller with a passion for culture and community
✨ Organised, proactive, and full of creative ideas
