Hello love, here’s a Gratitude Grounding offering for you. A reminder to take time with yourself and your heart.
GROUND
Create space for you to just be, to be with yourself. This can be in your room, a quiet space, your bed, or in nature.
Either lie on your back/ be seated with your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your stomach.
Feel the breath move through the expansion and contraction of your stomach
Feel how your body feels in this space
Move your attention to your breath
BREATHE
Inhale for 4 seconds…
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Repeat 10 times
Once finished thank yourself, your spirit, your ancestors and the divine.
