What utter joy. Green Diesel were sensational last night. The lovely Greg Ireland reminded us all that Ellen Care spirit weaves through each song. And I could hear her in my mind ears - Despite this Green Diesel gave us a magical journey through the UKs woodlands and myths - whilst they failed to be only folk - Instead Folk Rock, no Folk Funk, no psychadelic Folk - In the trees and in the groove somehow whilst busting out pure electric guitar solos. We had it all. Fab u lous
