The Dead Parrot Society is a ridiculously friendly local comedy club showcasing the best of hand-picked new talent from the circuit as well as welcoming famous faces from the telly who drop in regularly to try new stuff. We run from two permanent venues in London. The Anglers, Teddington hosts the club upstairs in The Cooper room monthly on Friday's (more or less) and always have at least half a dozen acts on the bill. The Gunnersbury, Chiswick hosts the club monthly on a Tuesday evening (more or less) and always have at least half a dozen acts on the bill. Previous acts: Milton Jones, Lucy Porter, Hal Cruttenden, Josh Widdicombe, Sara Pascoe, John Robins, Luisa Omielan, Rachel Parris, Tom Webb, Sy Thomas, Stephen Bailey plus our favourite new acts Mr Susie, David Mills,Laurence Owen, Lindsay Sharman, Tom Ward, Ian Lane.
