Which exotic animal would you hang on your wall?🦏🦒🐪🐊🐘🦓🐅

Since starting on maternity leave, still waiting for the baby to come, I’ve had time to create a small series of exotic animals, now including this calm “Reflective Rhino”🦏 It’s been so satisfying to bring out the little details, and it’s the perfect pair with my new lion and giraffe print.

I'm Tine Pohl, a London-based, Danish artist that loves creating animal portraits with watercolours.

I started drawing when I was a kid, and painted a lot with acrylics during my teenage years. However I did't find much time for painting in my twenties, using my creative energy as an actress instead.

As many others, I found time during corona lock down 2020, and renewed my passion for painting. This time fascinated with the wonders of watercolours! Today I still find it magical how watercolours blend and bleed, working for you and surprising you.

I hope you will enjoy my work!
