We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Opening Doors online su***de prevention training commissioned by NHS England.

Co-developed with people with lived and living experience across the NHS, Byte Entertainment, Angela Samata and Jane Boland wrote and developed this free, evidence-based, accessible online resource.

Expertly designed and animated by Kathryn Wild and Caroline Souchon, and project managed by Jon Salmon.

As always, the hope is that this resource will make a difference to one person. If we help others, then all the hard work has been worth it!

The writing and production team would like to thank everyone involved at NHSE and especially those who generously shared their experiences.

We would also like to thank everyone who recorded their voices for our training scenarios. Thank you to the staff at Liverpool John Moores University and The Man Hug podcast. We couldn’t have done it without you all!

Great to be at the Event Production Show connecting with brilliant minds across the live events industry.

Really enjoyed “Let Me Entertain You: Behind the boom in stadium shows” hosted by Hannah Ford with Pete Holdich, Jack Walsh, & Martin Gritton – fascinating insights into the scale and strategy behind today’s biggest live productions.

The Lunchtime Workshop: Promoting Good Mental Health Backstage at Live Music Events with Jeordie Shenton from Tonic Music was a powerful reminder that we need to look after the mental health everyone working in the industry.

And the Power of Events Session: Unplanned and uncensored – “Question Time” open debate with Gavin Farley, Rick Stainton, Michael Gietzen, Ian Nolan & Janine Hart sparked some honest conversations about the future of our sector.

If you’re planning your next social impact live event, please do get in touch with Byte Entertainment where we help you bring purpose and production together.

It's Glastonbury weekend and it always brings back memories of when we were out in the fields working with EE.

At the time, we were also experimenting with some of the first 360° cameras, testing new ways to bring people closer to the live music experience.

I still love this experimental short clip we recorded of Adele singing Rolling in the Deep and it really puts you in the heart of the crowd. It’s since had over 160,000 views on YouTube!

At we’ve always loved experimenting at the intersection of music, content, and technology and that spirit continues to shape everything we do.

If you're trying to navigate both worlds and looking for fresh ideas or creative partners, let's chat.

It’s tonight! I'm really excited to be joining the Unmasking Entrepreneurs panel .community this evening exploring neurodivergence, creativity and entrepreneurship.

Expect thought-provoking discussions, powerful lived experiences, and the chance to meet like-minded (and like-brained) individuals and all in a safe, inclusive and welcoming space.

I’ll be sharing my journey as a digital and charity entrepreneur, shaped by dyslexia, and how it’s helped me approach leadership differently.

Over the last 25+ years, I’ve worked across entertainment, sport, health and government from launching BFI Player to leading FIFA fan content and always trying to champion creativity, innovation and social impact.

As well as talking about Byte Entertainment l also discuss my work with .collective, and alongside an inspiring lineup of speakers who are each blazing their own unique trail:

🎤 Panel Discussion (7:40PM)
Frankie Boyle – Experiential light artist navigating dyslexia, ADHD, and DLD

Jon Holloway – Photographer, videographer, and producer navigating dyslexia, ADHD & suspected AuDHD

Vanessa Mulholland – Bespoke curtain & blind maker balancing self-employment with undiagnosed ADHD

All hosted by the fantastic Nat Harrison
Here’s the full flow of the night:

7:00 PM – 👋 Arrival: Grab a drink, settle in, connect
7:30 PM – 🧠 Intro to Neurodivergence
7:40 PM – 🎤 Panel Discussion
8:15 PM – 💡 In Conversation: A candid chat exploring intersectionality, ableism, support systems & more
