We of course have found this time during the pandemic frustrating like everyone else and unfortunately have found ourselves having to reschedule our shows more than once, but we have to abide by the Government rules to keep our fans and staff as safe as possible. Thank you so muc
h for bearing with us during this difficult period, we really do appreciate this. All of our performers and staff members will be tested weekly to ensure they are Covid free and if they are showing any symptoms or have tested positive will be isolated and unable to perform. Making A Booking
How do I purchase Tickets to see The Chocolate Men? You can purchase your Tickets online using the online booking system via our website. Once you have purchased your Tickets you will receive an email from us containing your booking confirmation and E-Tickets. There is no need to print your tickets unless you wish to. PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL TICKET SELLERS – DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYONE WHO POSES TO BE A CHOCOLATE MEN TEAM MEMBER. Can we pay for Tickets on the door? Unfortunately not, all Tickets must be purchased in advance, we do not take any ticket money on the door. This is for your security and ours so we can account for everybody in the building.
How do I add an extra person to my booking? Book using our online booking system. If you book under the same bubble/group name the guest will automatically be added to your original booking. You can do this as many times as you wish! If the booking has been made under a different name just send an email to [email protected] and we will adjust accordingly so you are seated together if you have booked seated tickets. Will we all be sat together? To assure that you are seated together at our shows with dinner then you will need to be booked under the same group/bubble name. Access Requirements? Please advise the venue directly in advance of any access needs which you or any member of your party may have. Alternatively you may email us at [email protected] and we will note your needs on our guests lists and make the venue aware. What should I do if I don’t receive my booking confirmation and E-Tickets? Once you have purchased your Tickets via our online booking system it normally only takes a few minutes for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to be sent through to your email address, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to come through so please be patient. If your booking confirmation and E-Tickets have not arrived in your inbox or your email address within 24 hours, then they may have ended up going into your junk mail folder. Please ensure you check your junk mail folder on your email address as well, as sometimes your booking confirmation and E-Tickets can end up going into your junk mail folder in error. If you have still not received your booking confirmation and E-Ticket, then please contact us by email at [email protected] quoting your name, the email address you used when booking your Tickets, which location you booked for and the date of the show you made the booking for. Ticket exchange or refunds
When following Covid restrictions that are put in place by the Government if we have to cancel or reschedule a show then we will offer you the option of; either keeping your purchased tickets for the amended date, exchanging your ticket(s) for an alternative show, or claiming a refund for your ticket(s). THESE OPTIONS ONLY APPLY TO RESCHEDULED SHOW DATES. Tickets bought outside of these restrictions are NOT refundable, if you have part paid or only paid deposits these are also non refundable. Is your online booking system secure? Yes, it’s very secure and we only collect your details in a secure environment. All debit and credit card transactions made on our website are done via WorldPay who have the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We do not store any of your debit or credit card details. Can I pay a deposit for my Tickets and pay for them at a later date? We do currently have a limited number of tickets that can be paid for in instalments, All instalments will need to be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the show you are attending to secure your tickets. Please be aware that booking fees will be added to each instalment by our ticket agents. You are of course welcome to pay in full for tickets at the time of booking. Please beware that our shows sell out very quickly so it’s advised that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
