With all due respect, it may have been a quiet Easter but, I am painfully aware of what has been playing out in the greater world ,not to mention Hyde Park. Just a usual day of nothing hell, full of sirens, helicopters and and and..I am dying to go out for a walk in the park. I made it as far as 'The Schiaparelli Exhibition', which exhausted me. With the Circle Line closed and 4 train changes in packed trains.. I picked up a virus. Thank-you. So, I have continued to maintain a low profile.

Getting on with things here. Very quiet Easter but I am still getting over my back issues. It's steady progress, hard work and still painful. It's been a serious health journey. I would not wish it on anyone. However, it's really been an insight into so much, in respect of how we as humans exist. I feel so much for those who are going through worst health issues. I am getting better. That shall not be the case for many. Feeling very thankful. Bless you all..
