One night. Multiple creative worlds. One launch designed to bring Dr. Martens’ With Bouncing Soles campaign to life through musician, actor, writer and presenter Jordan Stephens.

For the launch of Dr. Martens’ new Brewer Street flagship store, Seen Studios created a programme inspired by Jordan’s love of words, music, making and community, turning the Soho space into a series of experiences to explore throughout the evening.

Paying tribute to Dr. Martens’ subcultural roots, the new flagship features an Alt Craft Bar where fans can customise their favourite boots. Artist Reuben Dangoor took over the space, painting live and creating artwork for guests to take away, while So Young brought zine-making into the store and LALA Books created an Honesty Library inspired by the books and ideas that have shaped Jordan.

His love of language ran through the night too, with Substack exploring creative careers, James Massiah bringing dub poetry to the stage and cypher freestyles, comedy from Paddy Young and live music from Steeze Factory adding to the programme.

Working alongside , Kru supported the live delivery across both floors, managing guest flow and helping each of the creative spaces run smoothly throughout the night.

A launch built around participation, giving guests the chance to make, listen, read, discover and step inside Jordan Stephens’ world of words.

Four days. Three artists. One pop-up activation bringing the Timberland A-Z to life for London Fashion Week ’26.

The activation brought together local London artists to put their own spin on the A-Z of Timberland.

First up, fine art painter _teoni opened a live creative studio, creating 28 custom T-shirts in real time. Guests watched each piece come to life before leaving with a one-of-one collectible. S is for Self-expression.

Next, designer handed over the creative reins with a customisation studio featuring 130 bespoke patches. Guests chose their own combinations and created something completely personal to take home. C is for Craft.

Finally, , who has spent the past four years spotlighting London’s emerging talent, curated the closing night with DJs from their network. C is for Community.

By the final night, everything came together. Teoni’s painted pieces filled the walls, Ryan’s customisations were being worn throughout the space and Balamii’s DJs provided the soundtrack, bringing all three creative worlds together in one moment.

Working alongside , our role was to help execute the vision. We managed the space as it evolved, guided guests through each chapter and kept the experience moving across all four days.

The result was a living, breathing celebration of Timberland’s London legacy, shaped by the people helping define the city’s culture today.
L is for London (n.) Celebrating craft, self-expression and community.

No two briefs are the same. That’s one of the things we love about the range of brands we work with at Kru Live.

Our clients span FMCG, consumer electronics, health and beauty, automotive, fintech, sport and wellness. Each brings different audiences, ambitions and challenges for us to get stuck into.

Recent brands we’ve worked with include Crunchyroll, Dr. Martens and Revolut. That variety keeps us curious and gives us fresh perspectives to bring to every brief.

From insight and creative through to production, staffing, digital solutions and live delivery, we work across every stage of the experience.

And that breadth of work is exactly what keeps things interesting. Different sectors, different challenges, different audiences, but always the same focus on creating experiences that work for the brand and for the people experiencing them.

Reporting doesn’t need to wait until a campaign is over.

That’s one of the reasons we created the KRU Report™, our bespoke real-time reporting and campaign intelligence platform.

That’s why we created the Kru Report™, our bespoke real-time reporting platform. It gives clients live visibility of campaign performance, audience engagement and what’s happening operationally on the ground.

We can spot what’s working, identify where something may need changing and respond while the campaign is still live. On larger campaigns across multiple locations, teams or days, that visibility becomes even more valuable.

For us, it’s part of the difference between simply supplying people and being a genuine operational partner.

Want to see what real-time reporting could add to your next campaign? Let’s talk.

Last week, Nike took over its Oxford Circus store to launch the neuroscience-powered Nike Mind platform and the Nike 24.7 collection.

Our KRU Live brand ambassadors managed queues, welcomed customers, explained the collections and supported Nike’s store team with products, gifting and redemptions.

Bringing energy, warmth and professionalism, they helped create a smooth customer experience from first arrival to final purchase.

When it comes to a smooth launch day, it’s all in the team.
