💔🕊️ Rest in Peace, Tim Curry — 1946–2026

Today, the theatre and entertainment world loses a true titan. Legendary actor and singer Tim Curry has passed away at the age of 80, leaving behind more than five decades of unforgettable, show-stopping performances.

Before he was a movie star, he was theatrical royalty. He famously originated the role of Dr. Frank-N-Furter on stage in The Rocky Horror Show in London and Los Angeles before immortalising it on screen.

From the West End to Broadway, he commanded the stage in brilliant, Tony-nominated masterpieces like Amadeus and Spamalot.

Whether you loved him on the stage or through his iconic screen roles in Clue, It, Annie, and Home Alone 2, Tim Curry was truly one of a kind. He was funny, theatrical, wonderfully eccentric, and completely impossible to duplicate.

Generations grew up watching his genius, and his characters will continue to inspire and entertain for generations to come.Thank you for the music, the laughter, the drama, and the memories. Your spotlight will never fade. 🎭🕊️

Rest in Peace, Dolly Parton (1946–2026) 🕊️✨

Today, the world of music feels a little less bright.
We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the ultimate Queen of Country and songwriting legend, Dolly Parton, at the age of 80.

As musicians and lovers of timeless songwriting, we have always looked up to Dolly. Like the legendary Burt Bacharach, she understood that a great song could heal hearts, transcend genres, and bring people together.
A beacon of pure kindness and grace.
Her final message to her fans was simple, beautiful, and uniquely her: "I will always love you."

🎺🚨 BRASS BOYS ALERT 🚨🎺

Something very strange happened at soundcheck…
Adam and Chris arrived early. 😂🎺
Naturally, they had to document the occasion.
“Where is everyone?”
“Are they all late?”
“Oh no… they must be at McDonald's!” 😂
And then, just in case anyone questioned their punctuality:
“We've always on time!”
😂😂😂

There is a serious point hiding amongst all this nonsense though…
These guys are seriously good musicians, and they're just one part of the incredible team of singers and musicians who bring Burt Bacharach's music to life in our 100% live show.

We've been doing this together for 11 years now, and although there's a lot of laughter behind the scenes, when the music starts, we take it very seriously.
And Newark… you're next. ❤️

There are songs that become part of our lives.
Songs that remind us of first loves, weddings, family celebrations, long summer drives, growing up and people we'll never forget.

Burt Bacharach wrote so many of those songs.
For over eleven years, it has been our privilege to celebrate his extraordinary music with audiences across the UK and around the world.
This October, we're looking forward to bringing that celebration to the Palace Theatre, Newark.

Not as an imitation.
Not as a tribute to one particular artist.
But as a live celebration of one of the greatest songbooks ever written.
